  • If you produce a medical certificate stating that one of the participants in the stay is infected with COVID within 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you are in a area subject to travel restriction: travel ban, quarantine on return over 48 hours. The address given at the time of booking is authoritative. The level of restrictions is defined by the websites ambafrance.org, diplomatie.gouv.fr and interieur.gouv.fr at the time of the cancellation request.
  • If Val d'Isère is subject to a travel restriction. The level of restrictions is defined by the websites ambafrance.org, diplomatie.gouv.fr and interieur.gouv.fr at the time of the cancellation request.
  • If you produce a justification from your airline company stating that the trip booked to come to Val d'Isère is impossible because of the Covid.
  • If the ski lifts in Val d'Isère are all permanently closed.

Please note: you must provide us with the names of all participants in your stay with us as well as your permanent address in order to be able to activate these conditions.
